Ich bin Tim (17 jahre) aus Belgien,
und ich habe meine schlepper dennoch 2 jahre.

Hallo Tim!

Sehr gute Arbeit die du da machst!

Aber eine Frage: Was sind das für Teile auf dem zweitletzten Bild deines ersten Beitrags?
Da ist irgendein Zahnrad und zwei Kugellager drauf. Woher stammen diese Teile. Die hab ich bei mir (hab einen AS718A) noch nicht entdeckt.

Das sind die kugellager und zentrifugalgewichte des reglers
ich habe das lagers erneuret, die waren verschlissen.

Ahja, okay jetzt ist mir das klar.  ;)
Ganz soweit hab ich meinen Regler bis jetzt nicht zerlegt.
Hab den zwar gestern demontiert, überlege aber noch, ob ich ihn auch noch gar zerlegen soll.

Habe gestern auch noch Festgestellt, dass die Gummimanschette zwischen Einspritzpumpe und Regler sehr porös und spröde ist.
Hast du hier auch eine neue Eingesetzt, oder wo könnte ich sowas herbekommen?

wenn ich das Gummi ist immer noch sehr gut, habe ich den alten zurück.
Sie können eine neue Theopold Parts, aber ich habe schon gehört, die schlechte und sofort werden porös.

Hallo.

Ich hatte im 2008 solche gummis besteld bei theopold und im april der erste montiert.Im juni war er schon gerissen.Wieder eine neue drin und im september wieder kaputt.Ich hatte da kontakt mit theopoldparts und musste die gummis aufschicken damit sie das bei der hersteller reklamieren konnte.Aber habe das vergessen und jetzt stehen die nicht mehr in ihre katalog bei Güldner teile.Ich hoffe allerdings das sie im kurzen wieder solche gummis anbieten konnen.

Hab das Teil am Montagmorgen bestellt und am Dienstag ist's schon dagewesen.
Kostet halt 15 €, aber die sinds mir wert!

Hallo Tim,

Glückwunsch zu der phantastischen Restauration. Ist ja perfekt.
Wo wohnst Du in B? Ich wohne an der Grenze nach Aachen.
Ich habe auch einen MAN, einen 2k3 restauriert.
Er ist seit zwei Wochen angemeldet. Dies hat lange gedauert.
Ich habe ihn in Deutschland gekauft. Da er keine PVA-Numnmer hat
musste zuerst eine Vollabnahme beim TÜV gemacht werden.
Die schickten dann die ganzen Unterlagen zum Ministerium,
die eine spezielle Nummer zuerkannten.
Das hat nur 10 Wochen gedauert.
Als dann alles zurück kam konnten die Papiere zur DIV geschickt werden.

Wohnst du in Belgien wie ich begriffen habe?Fahrzeuge die vor 1968 gebaut wurde haben in belgien keine PVA oder PVG nummer weil das zuvor nicht existierte.Also gibt es keine MAN in Belgien der sowas hatt.Wenn du ihn in deutschland gekauft haben mit brief soll das doch kein problem gewesen sein ihn zugelassen zu bekommen??Oder binn ich falsch hier?

Hallo Tim,

eine schöner Traktor und eine gelungene Restauration. Wirklich gute Arbeit hast Du da geleistet. Hat bestimmt viel Mühe gemacht und auch einiges an Geld gekostet.
Wie lange hast Du für die Restauratuion gebraucht?

Danke für das Kompliment.
Ich habe 2 Jahre auf die Wiederherstellung, und er ist immer noch
nicht vollständig (einige Details).
Die Restaurierung kostete mich ca. € 5500, es gibt eine Menge ersetzt und erneuert werden.
Ich möchte als Kauf-Reifen vorn, aber vorläufigen Kostenschätzung
immer noch zu viel für mich.

Das schaufelrad samt welle fur wassergekuhlte guldner motoren bzw man 8515 und 9532M kanst du bei granit bestellen.da steht es im oldtimer katalog 2010.
